Coach Simmons also commends Garrett on his character and demeanor as an athlete. He says, “We know he will be a major asset to their (Finlandia’s) organization and will be a prominent student, as well.”

“We are very pleased to have a player like Garrett Lee. His development the last few years playing junior hockey has prepared him for the college game,” Coach Burcar comments. “Garrett is a very focused and talented athlete. Bill is a very smooth skating forward that plays the body hard and has a very hard snap shot. When our Head Scout sent him to us from his Jr. 'A' Team I went with his promises and he was 100% right on every description he gave us on the report of Vitale, the positives and negatives. He has played very well for us so far and I could also tell that he was coached very well.
